Real-time processing of electromechanical sensor data is crucial for modern industrial intelligentization. To address this challenge, our research team designed and implemented a high-performance processing system. The system adopts a distributed architecture, optimizing the acquisition, transmission, processing, and analysis of sensor data. In practical applications, the system processes data from 10,000 electromechanical sensors per second, with an average latency of only 15ms. The accuracy of sensor anomaly detection reaches 96.8%, and equipment fault prediction accuracy reaches 92.3%. Longterm testing shows that the system reliability reaches 99.99%. Our research provides strong support for intelligent monitoring and predictive maintenance of electromechanical equipment.
