Study of qualitative indicators of road bitumen in the oxidation of vacuum residue from primary vacuum distillation of atmospheric residue
A study in seeding silage maize with Amazone EDX 9000-TC precise seeder aggregated to Claas Axion 950 tractor has been carried out. By means of the Claas service diagnostic software CDS /Claas Diagnostic System/ graphical correlations concerning the quality of seed laying have been obtained. This was done in two speed ranges of the seeder of 12 km/h 1 and 16 km/h. It has been established that lower operation speed of 12 km/h is not sufficient to crush the lumps resulting from the preliminary tillage and to provide a soil layer loose enough and this is a reason for poor seed laying. At the higher speed range of 16 km/h better tillage has been observed, which in turn contributes to accurate and high-quality seed laying in the soil. In addition, the observance of the intra-row spacing and at this speed range the sowing depth has been observed. The movement of the sowing unit at the higher actual operation speed of 16 km/h contributes to stronger impact of the implements on the soil and lumps, as well as to the more aggressive passing through the loosening rollers. In this way a more uniform and loose soil is obtained.
